The Salt Water Dollies are an alternative folk duo with celtic and traditional influences.
Keelin Wedge is an award winning Canadian Recording Artist and Multi-instrumentalist from Wellington, Prince Edward Island. She has been a member of Juno award winner Lennie Gallant’s band as well as his french duo Sirène et Matelot with Patricia Richard. She has also recently played with Juno award winners, The Ennis Sisters from Newfoundland. She is also a member of the well known award winning island group Fiddlers Sons and guitarist for Canadian singer-songwriter Tara Maclean. She currently has three albums including two that were self produced. Her current plans are to release her first vocal album of original songs.
Christine Cameron is a self-taught and professionally trained mezzo soprano vocalist and Multi-Instrumentalist born and raised in Summerside, PE. She is well known for her sweet but rich creative harmonies as well as her angelic yet haunting powerful lead vocals. She has shared the stage with many popular Maritime musicians.
Keelin and Christine are currently producing their first album of original music. They are a true case of opposites attract when it comes to their vocals. Together they produce a smooth, harmonic sound like no other.
This is a non-ticketed event. Simply reserve a table in The Lounge and pay-what-you-can at the door to support these amazing local artists! We open at 5pm for dinner and music starts around 6:30pm!
