ARTISTS:

Jon Rehder is a versatile singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist originally from Montreal who has been happy to call the Island his home since1996. He has won the Stompin’ Tom Award at the ECMA’s and the Doug Riley Award from the PEI Jazz and Blues Festival and played with many of PEI’s singer\songwriters such as Dennis Ellsworth, Amanda Jackson, and Catherine MacLellan as well as with musicians like Chris Gauthier, Reg Ballagh, and Nathan Wiley.

Max Keenlyside

Harmony House favourite Max Keenlyside will be tickling the ivories (and maybe singing a few tunes!) on TWO evenings in The Lounge this spring – Max brings a unique style and flair to his piano playing – from classical to jazz to virtuosic stride and ragtime playing – he is a walking encyclopedia of ragtime music and composers! You are in for a treat! Max also brought the house down each night with his solo playing in our Harmony House Production “The 27 Club” which played for 2 sold out summer seasons in 2023 and 2024!

Cameron MacDuffee is a human who has the great pleasure of making this island home. He has spent most of his life making art of various kinds and is particularly passionate about singing. He is grateful to have been able to make his living working as an actor and musician all across this country for the past 30 years, and loves to collaborate and create with other artists. These days he is most curious about how art can help communities grow and adapt to intense environmental and social change, and in championing live performance and in-person community gathering as the key to maintaining our shared humanity.

Nick Doneff was born in Fort Erie, Ontario and has called Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island home since 2013. Doneff has a reputation with artists from the island and beyond as a savvy and dependable sideman. He has received a MusicPEI award for Musician of the Year and is currently working with some of Prince Edward Island’s finest acts including Liam Corcoran, Two Hours Traffic, and Catherine MacLellan. However, Doneff is not to be overlooked as an independent artist. He has earned a dedicated fanbase with his earnest songwriting, intricate musicianship, and laid-back presence on the stage. After describing him as a mix between John Prine and Joel Plaskett on CBC’s flagship arts & culture program, “Q”, host Tom Power simply stated that Nick Doneff is an artist that “you have to hear.”

Emilea May is a Prince Edward Island-based songstress known for crafting songs that hit like transfer trucks of raw emotion. With cutthroat lyrics, and a voice that confesses, she spins sound into something of her own, drawing inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine, Phoebe Bridgers and Madison Cunningham. She weaves tales inspired by the mysteries of creation, the intricacies of human connection and the metamorphosis of motherhood. Her forthcoming EP “Unwreck Me”  echoes her own lived experience – the heart ache, the heaviness and the holding onto hope.

Mike Stratton & Albert Kays

Stratton & Kays are Mike Stratton on vocals and piano and Albert Kays on vocals and percussion. They feature songs by Elton John, Billy Joel, the Beatles and many more rock and pop classics. They have played for the last five years in many venues around Charlottetown, including John Browns, Olde Dublin, Old Triangle, Peakes Quay, Lone Oak Brewpub, Merchantman, Victoria Row, and others.

Prince Edward Islander, Olivia Blacquiere has an extraordinary way of captivating audiences with stories told through song. Rooted in the Island’s rich cultural traditions, she draws inspiration from generations of step dancers, storytellers, and musicians who have nurtured her deep connection to music.

For Olivia, music starts at the heart. She was raised where PEI’s rugged red soil meets the gentle stillness of the sea : a place alive with kitchen parties, fiddle tunes, and stories shared from one generation to the next.

Whether lighting up a stage or sharing songs in everyday moments, Olivia embraces the joy of musical expression through her melodies on the piano and guitar, weaving heart and heritage into every note. Her voice carries the soul of her ancestors and the spirit of a new generation, blending timeless tradition with a deeply personal sound.
