Silent Movie/Roving Picture Shows with Island Jazz

In this Ciné‑Concert co-presented by Roving Picture Shows and Island Jazz, step into the shadows of Paris’s Grand Opéra House with the 1925 silent classic The Phantom of the Opera, starring the legendary Lon Chaney in his most unforgettable role. With its haunting atmosphere, lavish sets, and the Phantom’s unmasking scene that terrified audiences a century ago, this is one of the crown jewels of silent cinema.

The film will be brought to life with the help of a live musical accompaniment.
